eStone Direct offer highly competitive shipping rates using a wide selection of reputable freight companies.
We supply and deliver throughout Australia and can ship to your local depot or direct to your home.
INTERSTATE SHIPPING COST:

LOCAL SHIPPING COST:
We use a various external freight companies to delivery your order direct to site using a fork truck or local courier. Prices will vary depending on weight, crate size and location.
Local delivery per 1 tonne crate - minimum $120 (Within 40km of Melbourne CBD).
   
Pickup is available direct from our warehouse - Factory 11/21 Eugene Terrace Ringwood, Victoria 3134 or holding yard ThomastownPlease contact us prior to arriving to ensure stock availability. 
 
 
Estimated delivery times on stocked items:
1–4 business days Melbourne Metro-area.
4 –7 business days for Interstate.

Please allow up to 10 business days for rural deliveries.
Lead time on out of stock or custom orders:
From 4-8 weeks upon confirmation. Please contact us to confirm lead times.

Pickup and Delivery Term and Conditions: 
Pickup and Delivery by third party carriers shall be at the buyer’s sole liability, as the seller takes no responsibility once the goods leave the sellers premises. If delivery date is specified it is an estimate only and the seller is not liable for any delay in delivery.
The seller undertakes to complete and deliver each order by the delivery date, provided that the seller will no be responsible for any loss or damage arising from any delay or failure to deliver the goods for any reason whatsoever. All deliveries shall be dropped to the nature strip or, if possible, inside the buyers property.
If the seller’s carrier enters the property for this purpose it shall be deemed to do so by invitation of the buyer and the buyer warrants that it has possession of the property and is authorised to invite the seller’s carrier onto the premises.
The buyer agrees that the seller and the sellers carrier are not liable, and when the buyer is not the owner of the property, agrees to indemnify the seller and the sellers carrier for any damage, loss or injury to the goods or to any other property whatsoever nature or to any person, cause or contributed by the seller’s carrier when complying with the buyers request to deliver the goods to a designated location on the property.
Fireplace Hearths and smaller orders will be only shipped using Freight companies that offer transport liability insurance. A minimum 30mm thickness is required for interstate orders.
Please check your order before signing for them when the courier makes the delivery, or goods are collected from the Freight Depot. If the items appear damaged, please sign for them "package received damaged", ask the driver/freight agent to co-sign your written comment on the delivery docket . 
Please do not accept any goods that are damaged.
We require notification of the broken goods within 48 hours so we can investigate.
It is advisable to take photos of the package before it is opened, and photos of the damaged items inside the box. This will assist us when making a claim.
