Can you supply custom made products?

Yes, we can custom design and create a huge range of products to suit your project. Some custom projects include, fireplace hearths, benchtops, pool coping, stair treads and more.

Do you supply just the products shown on your website?

No, we are constantly extending our range and can also source most natural stone products on the market.

Do you offer in house cutting?

Yes, we offer a comprehensive range of fabrication including cutting, bevelling, bullnosing, honing, polishing and custom design.

Where are your products from?

Our products are sourced direct from the quarries from around the world, and our quality control ensures high standards are met.

Can you help custom design our pool coping?

Custom pool coping is our speciality and we can cater for any pool shape or size.  Our expert staff can assist with templates, design ideas and custom solutions, including digitally creating a 3d render to help visualise the end product.  We offer internal & external corners, custom curves, with all varieties of edge profiles, such as square edge, bevelled, bullnose, pencil round, drop edge, as well as pavers to suit.

Do you offer installation?

At the moment we only supply stone, however we can recommend a suitable tradesman who can. Contact us for further details.

How do I work out the amount of pavers I will need?

You can measure your area to be paved to determine the quantity of pavers required. The area is simply calculated by Length (m) × Width (m) = Area (m²) for basic square or rectangular spaces. We recommend you allow 5- 10% extra pavers for wastage such as cuts and breakages.

Can I get a sample of the stone?

Yes, we can send samples to you for a small postage fee, or you can pick samples up direct from our warehouse. Please contact us for more details.

Do you offer discounts on bulk purchases?

We pride ourselves on offering beautiful stone at affordable prices, and will work with you to find stone that will suit your budget. Please Contact us for a package price tailored to your project.

Is there any variations in the natural stone products?

Given stone is a natural product, slight variations in colour and texture may occur. Each individual piece offers its own natural beauty and individuality of the product. To some degree, you can expect some varying colouration in all products such as bluestone pavers, granite pavers and more.

The stone we sell is the most dimensionally accurate product that can be sourced. However, sizes are nominal and slight variations of +/-2 mm can occur.

How long do I have to wait once product is ordered?

For stocked items, the lead time is 2-7 days. If the product is out of stock or a custom order, please allow approximately 4-6 weeks.

Can we visit your showroom before making the final purchase decision?

You are welcome to visit our warehouse at Factory 11/21 Eugene Terrace Ringwood VIctoria 3134. Please contact us prior to arriving to ensure we have your selected products available to view.

Is there an minimum purchase per order?

We do not have any minimum purchase orders on pickup or delivery within the Melbourne Metropolitan Area. For interstate shipping our minimum purchase order is $250.

How do I make a booking?

Please either send through for a quote, email, call or drop into our warehouse and one of our sales team members will help complete your order and organise the necessary transportation if required.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept: Direct Deposit - using bank transfer via your online banking institution. (No fee). Credit card over the phone - Please note: a surcharge of 1.5% will apply. (We do not accept Amex or Diners).

All prices shown on our website are GST inclusive.

Will you ship to my location?

We deliver almost anywhere within Australia. If your residence is in a remote area, we will work with you to arrange your order to be delivered to a local depot.

How much does the shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary depending on your location, order size, quantity and weight. We pride ourselves on finding fast, affordable freight options for our clients and will endeavour to find you a great shipping rate for your project.

Please note to keep your freight prices low, we do not automatically include transit insurance unless requested. This is optional and must be requested prior to final payment.

Can we pick up our order or arrange our own transportation?

You are welcome to organise your own transportation  and can pickup from our warehouse at 11/21 Eugene Terrace Ringwood 3134. Please contact us prior to arriving.

How long will it take to receive my order?

For stocked items, the lead time for transportation is 2-7 days depending on your location. If the product is out of stock or a custom order, lead time is approximately 4-6 weeks.

How will you transport our material?

 All our products are shipped directly out of Melbourne and can be transported by car, truck, train or plane. We either ship directly to your local depot which is the cheaper option, otherwise can arrange direct door to door delivery dependent on your location. If the order is large and you do not have a forklift on site, we can arrange a special form of transport that includes a lifting tailgate. Please contact us for more details or a shipping quote.

Do you offer transportation insurance for my order?

The freight price does not include any liability insurance. To ensure we help keep your freight costs low, we package our stone extremely we so it arrives on site in good condition. For extra protection and security, we recommend requesting the the additional quote to add  liability insurance prior to finalising your order.

What happens if my order is damaged whilst in transit?

We will ensure your stone is packaged securely so it arrives in good condition. Slight and rubbing and minor chips along the edges may occur during transit. We recommended ordering 5-10% extra of your stone to allow for cuts and wastage, and the additional transit liability insurance.  Please refer to our terms and conditions for further details.

Please note: Fireplace Hearths and smaller orders will be only shipped using Freight companies that offer transport liability insurance. A minimum 30mm thickness is required for interstate orders.


Estimated delivery times on stocked items:

1–4 business days Melbourne Metro-area.

4 –7 business days for Interstate.

Please allow up to 10 business days for rural deliveries.

From 4-8 weeks upon confirmation. Please contact us to confirm lead times.

Faulty or Damaged items:
Please check your order before signing for them when the courier makes the delivery, or goods are collected from the Freight Depot. If the items appear damaged, please sign for them "package received damaged", ask the driver/freight agent to co-sign your written comment on the delivery docket . 
Please do not accept any goods that are damaged.
We require notification of the broken goods within 48 hours so we can investigate.
It is advisable to take photos of the package before it is opened, and photos of the damaged items inside the box. This will assist us when making a claim. 

*PLEASE NOTE - It is important that you inspect the items when the delivery arrives. If there are obvious signs of damage to outer packaging, do not accept delivery. Send any damaged reports to
